What is the difference between the three Private Tub Rooms: Flow, Tide & Ripple?

There is very little difference between our three private tub rooms! They are all FABULOUS! Please see the tub room descriptions, here.


Can I make an appointment at the last minute?

The best way to see what services are available on short notice is to choose “any available staff member” from the reservations page after choosing the type of service and number of people in your party. That way, it will show you any/all tubs or saunas that are available that day. You may also call the Front Desk at 360.385.4100.


What is your Cancellation Policy?

Reservation cancellations require 24 hours notice. We take your credit card information at the time of booking for cancellation purposes only, you will only be charged in the case of a cancellation or no show. If a cancellation or missed reservation occurs under 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of existing reservation. Please understand that we have declined other appointments to save your Tub or Sauna, thank you. RESERVATION PROTECTION: By selecting a Reservation Protection Appointment when booking online or over the phone, you may cancel your reservation up to 15 minutes before the start of your appointment, for any reason, and only incur the cost of the Reservation Protection Fee for that particular Service (varies), vs being subject to our standard cancellation policy which incurs a charge for the entirety of the missed appointment. Online bookings require Credit Card information, please explain?

Yes, in order to book online or over the phone the system collects your Credit Card information for cancellation purposes ONLY. This card is not charged, nor do we have access to it upon your visit. You may pay for your services at the time of your visit by any means you choose. The credit card you used to hold the reservation WILL NOT BE CHARGED except in the case of violation of the Cancellation Policy.


I have a Gift Card and would like to use it for my appointment. Why do I still need to input my Credit Card information?

Like booking a hotel, etc, the Credit Card is simply used to hold your reservation in case of violation of the Cancellation Policy. You may pay with your Gift Card at the time of your services. The Credit Card you use to book the reservation will NOT be charged.


Can I make a booking as a ‘gift’ for someone else?

YES! However, you will need to call and pre-pay for the appointment over the phone, or purchase an online gift card for the recipient in order to do so. Otherwise, upon arrival, the guest will be asked to pay for their visit and we cannot access the credit card you used to hold the reservation.

Can I make a Group Booking?

YES! Our Soak & Sauna Suite can hold up to 10 guests in a booking. You may also inquire about renting the entire facility for a private party, or other ‘special circumstances’ by emailing soakmanager@gmail.com.

Do you have parking?

We do not have dedicated parking, however there is spacious free parking in a lot adjacent to our building and much street parking. BE AWARE, on Summer weekends and during festivals/special events, parking can take a bit longer to find. We cannot delay the start time of your appointment for parking purposes, so please plan accordingly.

Do you provide towels, robes or slippers?

We provide one towel per guest for the Private Tub services. One towel and one sauna towel per guest for the Soak & Sauna Suite, and one towel, hand towel and washcloth per guest for the Infrared Sauna services. Additional towels are $2 each. You are WELCOME to bring any/all additional towels you would like. We do NOT provide robes. We offer simple Spa Wraps to rent for $4. You are welcome to bring your own robe. We do NOT provide or rent slippers/sandals.

Can I request that the temperature of the tub be modified up or down?

Yes. If you are pregnant, or know you like the tub cooler, please call or write to us AHEAD OF TIME, so we can modify your tub appropriately. You may request a temperature increase during your visit, yet we stay within the State regulations.

Can I bring my kids?

Children 12 and older are permitted in the facility. Please review our Policies Page for more information.

Will I need to sign a Waiver upon my arrival?

Yes! Every member of the party entering Soak FOR THE FIRST TIME will need to sign the Facility Waiver upon entry and provide an email address. If you have signed the Waiver in the past, you do not need to sign it again. You may preview our Facility Waiver, here.

What do you do with my email address?

You will automatically be signed up for our email list upon signing the Facility Waiver. We DO NOT bug you, in fact, we rarely send emails, and hope each time we do that they are of value to you! You may unsubscribe from the email list at any time, of course.
